This simple and flavorful avocado pesto makes a delicious spread for tartines stacked with fresh turkey, radishes, and microgreens or your own favorite toppings.
Ingredients

Preparation
Add basil, toasted almonds, garlic, and Parmesan cheese to a blender and begin blending on medium-high speed. Slowly add olive oil until ingredients move freely in the blender, scraping down the sides as necessary. When all of the oil is incorporated, add avocado and puree 5–10 seconds, or to desired consistency. Fold lemon zest into the pesto and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
