White Pizzetta with Prosciutto

Both simple and sophisticated, this light and flavorful flatbread pizza features fresh arugula, prosciutto and three types of cheese.
Ingredients

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place flatbread on a baking sheet and spread with extra virgin olive oil, oregano and chopped garlic. Then top with shredded mozzarella and fontina.
Bake pizzetta 10-15 minutes, until cheese is completely melted.
Remove from oven and top with arugula, prosciutto and grated parmesan.
