This zesty and refreshing mocktail is great on its own or with tequila or bourbon. 

Ingredients

  • 1 liter ginger beer
  • 1 basket strawberries, sliced
  • ½ bunch mint leaves
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • ½ jalapeño, sliced (optional)
  • Club soda, to top off (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and chill overnight. If the ginger is too powerful, add soda water to taste. 

Serve with bourbon, tequila or your favorite spirit.
