Turn a bottle of rosé into an adult slushy cocktail with ease! Simply blend with fresh strawberries and peach schnapps then freeze overnight for a sweet, summery treat.
Ingredients
- 20 strawberries, plus more for garnish (optional)
- 1 bottle (750mL) rosé
- 13 ounces Cipriani Peach Bellini
- 9 ounces peach schnapps
Preparation
Blend about 20 strawberries in a blender to make a puree. Combine with remaining ingredients in a large zip-top bag and freeze for about 8 hours, or until slushy consistency.
Pour slushy mixture into white wine glass, stir, garnish with strawberry slices if desired, and serve.
