Ingredients

Preparation
Combine pitaya, apple juice, and half of the banana in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
To assemble, place half of the granola in the bottom of a bowl. Pour pitaya mixture over granola and top with remaining fruit, chia seeds, and granola.
