Honey Soy Shishito Peppers

The subtle sweetness of this simple dressing plays up the smoky, peppery notes of these mild peppers.
Ingredients

Preparation
Preheat grill, grill pan, or sauté pan over high heat.
Whisk together all the ingredients except for the peppers and sesame seeds.
Place peppers on the grill or pan in an even layer. Rotate peppers, charring the outside, for 3–5 minutes, or until the peppers are golden brown all over and slightly wilted.
In a bowl, toss peppers with the dressing. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
