This ooey, gooey s'mores dip is perfect for buffet-style snacking, or it can be built ahead of time for a shareable camping treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 20 large marshmallows
- Graham cracker squares, for dipping
Preparation
Preheat oven to 500°F.
Pour chocolate chips into an oven-safe dish or sauté pan, creating an even layer on the bottom. Cover completely with marshmallows, lining them up next to each other to assemble a top "crust."
Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.
