Frittata Frutti del Mare
Starring some of the finest "fruit of the sea," this seafood lover's delight is perfect for brunch!
Ingredients

Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Whisk together eggs and milk and set aside.
In a small nonstick sauté pan, lightly sauté scallops and oysters in half of the butter, then set aside.
Heat remaining butter in a small nonstick sauté pan over medium-high heat, then add egg mixture. When eggs begin to set, add remaining ingredients and place in oven for 3–4 minutes, until fluffy and golden. Serve immediately.
