Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Prepare and bake the pizza dough according to the package instructions.
Heat olive oil in a sauté pan, add the onion, and sauté over low heat until translucent.
Reduce oven temperature to 400°F.
Spread sautéed onion on the baked pizza crust, then arrange sliced pear over the onion. Crumble blue cheese on top and bake topped pizza until cheese is melted, about 14–17 minutes.
