Ingredients

Preparation
Add rice and water to a pot with a lid. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 45 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
Remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff cooked rice with a fork before serving.
