It’s easy to make your own salad dressing! Customize this simple recipe by using different types of vinegar to match your preferred flavor profile.
Note: A classic vinaigrette is 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar, but you can adjust the ratio to taste. Try 2 parts oil to 1 part vinegar to brighten up the flavor or add a pinch of salt for extra dimension.
Ingredients

Preparation
In a pint-sized jar, combine the vinegar, garlic, mustard, honey (if applicable), salt, and pepper. Close the lid and shake to dissolve the honey and salt. Add the olive oil and shake to blend. Adjust seasoning to taste.
