Bruschetta (pronounced bru-skett-ah) is a tasty antipasto perfect for casual dinners and entertaining alike, especially when it's made with fresh heirloom tomatoes!

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a work bowl and mix well. Let rest 30–60 minutes.
