It's hard to beat this classic combo! If cooking for just a few people or your weekly meal planning, you can easily freeze both the mixture and the buns for another time.
Ingredients

Preparation
Combine ketchup, chipotle peppers to taste, yellow mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and chicken stock in a blender. Puree on high for 10–15 seconds.
Heat a 4-quart sauce pot on medium-high heat. Add the oil and cook ground turkey, breaking it up into small pieces, until browned.
Remove turkey from pan and add the garlic, green peppers and onions. Sauté until just beginning to brown, then add the turkey and ketchup puree.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 30–40 minutes partially covered and stirring regularly until sauce is thickened.
Serve between brioche buns.
