This zesty herb sauce is perfect for a variety of uses, including as a finisher to eggs, pizza, barbecued meats, and more. 

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch oregano, picked
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • ¾ cup olive oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree 10–15 seconds until incorporated.
