Nugget's Bacon Blue Cheese Wedge Salad
You can't go wrong with this tasty take on an old-time classic, especially with homemade dressing!
Ingredients
Dressing:

Salad:

Preparation
For the dressing, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
For the salad, split the iceberg quarters in half and place on chilled plates. Top with blue cheese crumbles, bacon bits, red and green onions, and tomatoes.
Serve immediately with dressing drizzled on top or served on the side.
