This lovely cocktail features a unique citrus gin straight from the coast of Italy.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Malfy Con Limone Gin
  • ½ ounce triple sec
  • ½ ounce Parfait d'Amour
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30–40 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass.
